Amazing book! Life changing! A great reference, and easy to read and understand introduction to the way of yoga, ayurveda, and tantra... Absolutely life changing and eye opening... Everyone should read this and these things also ought to be taught in schools... I wish I had read this book much, much sooner... This book simply stands out over many other books on the same topics... It gives you knowledge and insight, while being entertaining too... Thank you, Prem! And mostly, thank you, my dear, beloved wife, for opening my eyes and sharing your wisdom and knowledge with me...
