There also seems to be a rather big controversy around it as well. Many articles are swaying both sides - some positive of her release and some are wondering if she is being taken advantage of.
With exception of the different verdit for the Robinson trial, this reads like a sequel. Why should we be as shocked and horrified as Scout is to discover her father believes in segregation had we not read TKAM first? Without TKAM there would be no shock to the reader.
