Harper Lee is deaf, blind, and has, by most sources, been unable to communicate since she had a stroke in 2007. I sincerely doubt any money she 'earns' will be able to be appreciated by her.
She is not deaf and blind, she was just interviewed about this on American Masters. Stop listening to rumours.
Do you understand that the vast majority of major mainstream media outlets - reputable ones, not Fox News - have reported that she's blind and deaf? That's not 'listening to rumours', Susan, that's utilizing on the information available, as you're now doing. These 'rumours' were well-founded enough for the state to launch an investigation into elder abuse. Stop being rude.
