Rose I am from Fairbanks but have lived in the SW most of my life. Yet, no matter how few days I have been back to Alaska, I still am inspired every moment I am there. I can't wait to move back one day, hopefully soon and write my own books about Alaska.

Beth Carpenter I'll read them, Rose. Hope you make it back soon. Fairbanks! Brr, you're hardier than I am. However, we took the train to Fairbanks in March and had a beautiful day to see the ice sculptures and walk through Pioneer Park.

Rose ❤️ I cant wait to read your books! It’s so hard not too enjoy Alaska, even in March it’s amazing. I love Pioneer (Alaskaland) Park. And the ice festival takes my breathe away every time. I haven’t been on the train but it’s on my Alaska bucket list.

Beth Carpenter It was our first time on the train, too. And the ice sculptures did indeed take my breath away. I'd only been to Fairbanks in June before, when I used to bring my kids for the Midnight Sun soccer tournament. Beautiful.

Rose There’s so much to Alaska, no matter the season. It’s an infintismal adventure. Go back as much as you can. Check out Chena Hot Springs, the Iditarod, Denali NP, Outhouse races in Chatnika, Chena River races, Homer, Nenana and so much more. Truly breath taking.
