Amanda That's where being part of a good writer's group can help. Good ones provide encouragement as well as brainstorming of ideas.

Amanda What kind of books do you write? If it's romance, check out Romance Writers of America. For inspirational books, there's ACFW (American Christian Fiction Writers). Mystery writers have their own organization, although I'm drawing a blank on its name right now. A Google search should help.

Cintia I'm not currently writing, but my favorite genre is Fantasy. And I'm not American. I'm from Argentina

Amanda I know there are some fantasy-related writers' organizations, so when you start writing again, you might want to check on them. At least some of the largest writers' organizations have international chapters, so even though you might not be able to meet in person, there should be a way to connect with other writers.
