[close] A reading challenge to start the decade off on a good note! Participants will challenge themselves to complete 20 books in 2020. If a participant is already an avid reader, they can complete a reading challenge (sample reading challenge below). If they are not an avid reader, they may simply participate in the challenge by reading 20 books. It is still an admirable feat!

[close] Each year, Ventura County Library hosts the One County, One Book program. The 2020 selection is "The Island of Sea Women" by Lisa See.

[close] I have a feeling that this group will benefit those of us who tend to buy MORE books than we read (aka Tsundoku!) I thought I should set up this group as a way of keeping our book buying habits in check... And more importantly, tend to the poor, left out books that are collecting dust on our shelves! We should give our shelves more love by not only rereading our favourite books, but also getting to the books we have still yet to read! You can choose to go on a full book NO BUY throughout the year, OR stick to a set number of books you are hoping to only purchase throughout the year. It's your call! Now... LET'S GET READING!!!

In this group we all can share when we upload a new video, our channels, content ideas, tags, MAKE tags or readthons, and mostly support each other! If you don’t have a channel feel free to join so you can find some great channels to subscribe to ( ;P ) or post some content ideas you’d like to watch!
