This month's reading challenge is reader's choice. With Valentine's Day quickly approaching, February is a good month to find a book you'll fall in love with!
With the beginning of a new year, January is typically a month of self-reflection and goal setting. In light of this theme, this month’s challenge is to read something that will help you with a new or existing goal in your life. The book can be non-fiction or fiction—whatever will educate you or inspire you to continue moving forward with your goals.
November is Family Stories month. The challenge this month is to read a book that has to do with family. The family could play a major role or a minor role in the main character's life. The plot may or may not revolve around the family. Get creative and have fun!
I recently finished A Study in Death by Anna Huber. Another great series!
This month's challenge is to 'fall into books.' Because there aren't many books with fall as its theme, here is a list of other topics to consider: autumn, leaves, going back to school, football, holidays (including Labor Day, Halloween and Thanksgiving), or autumn weather. Books with things like colored leaves, hot chocolate, or a fall scene on the cover also count. Enjoy the crisp fall weather with a good book!
With the weather starting to feel a bit colder, it's fun to curl up under a blanket and read a bone-chilling mystery. This month's challenge is to read something involving a mystery. We'd love to hear what you're reading! Comment below with the title you've picked.

This summer's adult summer reading program is entitled "Escape the Ordinary". So this summer's challenge is to read four books:2 books that are outside your ordinary reading list
2 books that are about some type of hero (fiction or non-fiction).
When finished with this challenge come into the library and get entered into the summer reading drawing!
