I loved this book! Julia and Emily are terrific characters. Flawed, funny and both feel like they are unloved or unlovable. Sawyer and Win are handsome fellas that you can't help but like a lot. Heart throbs... And Emily's grandfather is a giant of a man. I couldn't put this book down, but I did when I had to work, consequently it took me three days to read it, rather than my usual week. Love Sarah Addison Allen's quirky stories and I can't wait for the next one.

I loved loved loved this book. I read it in 2 nights. I didn't want it to end but I didn't want to stop either. I would have liked to gotten more into the magic of the town. And a little bit more about the grandfather he didn't seem to know much about why the wallpaper changed in his granddaughter's room or why Sawyer could see the aroma of sweets. But I enjoyed it thoroughly.

I love anything by Sarah Addison Allen. I've read all her books so far and not one of them has been disappointing. This book was just such a sweet fun read and it only took a few hours to read.

fabulous charming and uplifting, once again sarah takes the broken and makes em whole!
I would give this two more stars if I could. Sarah Addison Allen is now my favorite author. I just feel GOOD while reading these books.
I loved this Sarah Addison Allen book so much! It was my favorite yet from this fun, whimsical, magical author. I really loved the characters in this one, so unique and with such strong story lines. I wanted this book to just keep going and going! It was wonderful!!
Another great book by Allen! I just love the little mysteries that take place in her books that are always a little magical. And usually revolve around food in some way!
