I enjoyed this book and I thought it was a nice addition to the series. It was more relationship focused than the other two books but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Harper had at times felt almost asexual before this but that's certainly no longer the case.

I've always loved Quinton so I was very happy to see a lot more of him.

I also enjoyed seeing how the events of the Hanukkah Eve Storm affected events. Richardson definitely had a great feel for the Seattle area. For a native there's no ...more

It's always so refreshing to run across a tough and highly competent lady PI who can hold her own against any male counterpart. I liked this book so much, I'm going to go back and read the first two novels. I hope the series will not degenerate to a sexy/romantic one the way the Anita Blake books has become. ...more
