I felt this was a great book. Ronnie and her little brother Jonah are shipped from their home with thier mom in New York City to spend the summer with their father in a sleepy little town in North Carolina. Ronnie has not spoken to her father since the divorce several years prior and is bitter and rebellious. I really loved this book. It kept my attention and was hard to put down. It's one that makes you want to be like the characters in the book. It's only the second Nicholas Sparks book I have read and so far I am a fan. Good wholsome reading!

This book was really good, even though i wasnt expecting the father to die. I thought something was going to happen to Will.
This has to be the best Nicholas Sparks book I've read. I have read all of his books, and this one touched my heart. Very good book.
