I'm not sure what to say about this book without ruining it for anyone that hasn't read it. It's part mystery, part romance, and part contemporary.

Cadence Sinclair's family is very well off. They spend the summer's on a private island off the coast of Massachusetts. Her fifteenth summer on the island something happens to her that causes her to lose her memories. When she returns her seventeenth year, she slowly starts to piece together what happened.

This novel had a very vague plot line. I like to know about books before I read them. I didn't really like of the characters and the story was extremely slow. However, the ending was not what I expected. Original I was going to rate this a one star book (rare), but due to the ending it got two. Not sure if I will read another book by this author or not. ...more

I picked this up because of all the hype it got on booktube. For a majority of the book, I wasn't really enjoying it and only kept reading because I wanted to know what happened. I'm glad I stuck with it because the ending was definitely worth it, I just wish the rest of the parts were as interesting as the last few chapters. ...more
