This book kept my reading to the very end, i'd started from 10:15am Friday mornin and almost read it throughout the night! I finished about 2:11am early hours this mornin and i'm angry only because i have to wait 'til 20th Sept 2 find out how Luce gets on!
This book was different. Something i've never really come across before. The thought of being loved by something so supreme so unmatched is every girls dream.

I really liked this book! I was just really getting into it last year when I stopped in the middle of it, and I hate that I did because I could be reading Rapture right now!

Okay book.
but a bit slow....will go find a copy of torment now....
It was a pretty good book, my only problemo was that some stuff could have happened sooner. Like the whole bit about the "IMMA FALLEN ANGEL" bit could have happen a few hundred pages sooner...y'know. Suspense needs to end evetually....
And I kinda knew the Falln Angel thing from the start(as if the titles doesn't tell me already...). Frankly, I'm thinking back over this book.

Honestly? This was a total waste of my time. The only reason it got two stars instead of one is because the sole fight scene in the entire book was pretty damn good. The rest of it? Total shit. It held no originality, felt like a remake of Twilight (it even had the "what am I?" line) and bored me to death. I kid you not, I literally fell asleep reading it. The cover (and the ecstatic reviews it got) encouraged me to read it, but now I know I probably won't read Torment.

It was hard to choose whether to vote this 3 or 4 stars.
I found it started off very slow, but picked up around 250 pages through it.
Looking at the cover I was certinly dissappointed with the stroy, I thought that Luce was a bit to obbsessive, and she could have had a little more common sence... she dissappointed me.
But I did like Miss Sophia's turn to the 'dark' side, and I definatly want to read torment, I hope it's better.
I would have liked to have read more on the battle, but it was a nice re ...more

this book was awesum. bt it was sooooooo weird. lolzz
Ack. I enjoyed the particles of humour in the book but hated basically everything else. Especially the setting and characters. And we only got a couple of answers at the end of the book, and even then, I felt it was a waste of time. I struggled to get through the book.
