If you only read one book for 2017, let this be it. It will take your breath away in all the right ways. I received it in my March Box from Indie Book Connect (Cratejoy) - which, if you are wondering, is the BEST THING EVER!!!! - and the cover definitely drew me in. I felt like I could walk into the forest on the cover or at least reach out and touch the trees. Yes, it is an indie book but the quality is the same as a Harry Potter or Divergent (Indie Book Connect clearly knows how to pick 'em).

I got Coetir in my March box from Indie Book Connect. At first I wasn't sure what to think because I'm not really a fan of this genre. I'm more of a chick-lit/romance girl. But.... I think that just changed. This book has so much story to it! Every character has a story line but it is easy to follow at the same time. And each character is easy to understand yet complex. The story is about a girl who lives in an isolated human village where the humans are afraid of the druids who live in the wood

I can't remember the last time that I loved a book so much that I didn't want it to end. I had to pace myself so that I wouldn't rush to the end because this is the kind of book that you just don't want to put down. I fell in love with Ellya and Elim, the main characters. I am at that place when you finish a book where you feel like the book was real life and real life is the fantasy world. The side story between Saeth and Raichel fascinated me to the point of obsession. I don't want to spoil th

This book was.... amazing. There just really isn't another word for it. It took me on a journey to explore the woods with the druids and I just got back from my adventure. I feel like I have been really picky with my books lately. I've picked up several books only to read one chapter in just to put them aside and never pick them back up. With Coetir, I kept this book with me in my purse, in my gym bag, etc. I had to have it with me in case I could sneak some time with Ellya and Elim. It was as i

Coetir is a fantastic read full of mystical characters and wonderful worlds. It is clear who the main characters are yet even the supporting characters are strong enough to capture your heart. Before embarking on your journey with Ellya, be prepared to lend your heart and soul to this book. It is not a read that you can be a part of halfway. It is fully engrossing.

This was such a pleasant surprise! I mean, based off the description I figured this would be a book right up my alley. But I didn't expect to love is as much as I did. And I really did love it a lot. More people should be talking about Coetir because it's seriously fantastic.
