Ecstasy, book 1 in this series, was just an ok read for me, and after enjoying most of Frank's previous Nightwalkers series, I was more than a bit letdown, so I waited quite a while before getting Rapture. But I usually give a series a 2nd chance (unless the first is really bad!), so I finally picked it up. Absoultely loved Rapture! The story was just wonderful, and the passionate interaction between Magnus and Dae was just astounding! Truly a great book, and I simply cannot wait for "Pleasure" to come out next month!

This is the second book in the Shadowdwellers series. The main characters in this one is Magnus and Daenaira. It wasn't as enjoyable of a story as the first book (Ecstasy), but if you're wanting hot sex scenes, this one's got them. Magnus is a spiritual leader who frees Daenaira from enslavement and makes her his personal handmaiden. Dae is street-wise and stubborn, so it takes a long while for Magnus to earn Dae's trust; and Magnus has been scorned before, so he's reluctant to trust in Dae. The
