What Members Thought

I swore to myself I won't read anymore of the series after I read the 17th book, but then I came across the cover for the 20th and read the synopsis and the wheels in my head went "assassin, Edward and Olaf, good book, the best book since it all went to hell... have to read!" and so, there I am like 2 days later after I read the 18th, which wasn't bad probably cuz Richard and all the annoying people didn't have enough pages to make appearance, but when I moved to the next one it was an ok maybe

In this nineteenth installment of the Anita Blake series, Anita, her men--and the rest of the paranormal community find out that sometimes it takes a lot more than they thought to kill a nightmare....
This novel was definitely more what I was looking for with the last book, Flirt; it was longer of course which means we have way more plot to work with instead of getting pretty much straight to the point.

I, in good faith because of the first five books, went out and bought this addition to the series. So I in sound mind and body can fully say that Laurell K. Hamilton...
And yes I really said that. Gods I can't believe myself. I try to be optimistic about everything I read. It's the only reason besides my OCD making me hold on to the series.
Oh so let's not forget that this series needs a little bit more of this happening. Where the hell did the action run away to?

OMG...I can't believe how much I missed this series, Anita and her men. And all her men are back...thank god...I've really missed them. Let me tell you it sucked me in and I rode it wave after wave of...Laurell hit the mark, I was so worried that she would be off traveling somewhere and there would be no Jean Claude, Asher, Micah, Nathaniel, Jason, you get my meaning. I plan to re-read it because I usually miss something when I read her books, there's so much going on and I'm so eager to get to

OMG!! This is just a mess!! :'(((( uff.. i waited so long 4 this book to come out and now that I starded reading it i am so disappointed.
Im somewhere around page 180... and until now i don't really get the "bigger picture" of the plot. It kind of jumps around and you really get confused. And i definitely miss anita as a marshall... :(
I'll read it until the end... hopefully it will get better. :( ...more

I believe too much time was spent describing the wardrobe. This seemed like an in between book meaning it didn't hold a story of its own. I'm not quite sure what to say about this book. It lost me.
