2011 Re-read
One of my favorite books in this series. Rehv and Ehlena are such a sweet couple. I knew from the moment that Rehv was attracted to Marissa that he would end up with a female like that, not too rough and aggressive, but of a good family, with a back bone, but sweet and caring.

I am currently working on a re-read of the entire BDB series and despite the series being my all time favorite, I have never written a review of any BDB books...until now. Why now? Well because on my first read of Lover Avenged, since it was a BDB book I automatically loved it but I didn't love, love it. I now understand why-- I was freaked out by the whole symphath thing.
