This was a fabulous audiobook. I loved the references to society at the time and the way women were perceived and treated. I really need to sit down and read a paper copy of this so that I can re-read sections and try and understand it better.

Such a fascinating book! It is mind bending in that you have to narrow your view of the world dramatically in order to understand it, and that, in turn, makes you realize how little we understand about our world. Which is, I think, the purpose of all great works of fiction, philosophy, and mathematics.
