As a big fan of My Fair Lady I thought I would give it's non-musical originator a go. I am not usually a fan of reading plays as I feel that that is not the medium that is intended. This play particularly suffers from that given that one it it's major themes is of accents, though Shaw does a good job of writing phonetically.

Overall the storyline was pretty familiar to me with the added bonus of an afterword from Shaw confirming once and for all that (view spoiler)
