Meg - A Bookish Affair
I liked this book. It's definitely not the most high brow book but it was a fun read. I couldn't help but to compare it to Twilight (paranormal love story with werewolves although Shiver doesn't have vampires).

Grace has always watched the wolves that live in the woods behind her house. One day she discovers they are not real wolves but werewolves and falls in love with one of them named Sam. Sam has had a rough life and doesn't want to get too close to Grace at first because he thinks that this

This is a not terrible werewolf book for girls who loved "Twilight". Slow paced and about feelings... eh. ...more

Won it on the Giveaways at Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ and am waiting for it to arrive.

Still waiting....

Well after waiting a month and no book I'm giving up.

So one star for saying I was getting the book then never sending it. If I ever receive it I'll re-evaluate it.

Love this book! The writing is lovely and the relationship between sam and grace comes across so tender and loving because of it. Many times I read the first ya novel in a series and I am not incredibly motivated to get the next one. I really am looking forward to linger and some of the other books written by this author as well in the future. I have had this on my to-read list a long time, glad I finally got around to it, definitely worth the read!!!

I found this an intriguing new view on werewolves. The main characters were sympathetic. I didn't realize it was part of a series. Everything seemed wrapped up at the end of this book. I am not sure if I will look for more or not so maybe this should be a 3 and 1/2. ...more

It's nice to have a wolves-only story--not to mention, so far, there's only one male love interest (though I probably jinxed myself for Linger with saying that). Look forward to reading the rest of the trilogy. ...more
