If you like Richard Osman - which I don't - you will probably like this book also. This was my first read by Stevenson and will probably remain my only read by him. I did complete the book - last book of the year for my in person book club - or I probably would have given it up very early in the beginning.

Obviously by the title, it is a story of a family in which everyone - all 1500 of the characters!!!! - have killed someone. They meet at a ski resort - that is snowed in of course - when

This was excellent. I enjoyed Ernest's story and getting to know his family's story. Right from the start, I was pulled in to the story. I was lucky and had a lot of driving to do over 2 days and got the audio just in time. The narrator did a great job of making Ernest sound just as his name even when he was discussing each. . .uhh, each family member's story. I'm so excited this is a book 1. I'm not sure where the next story can take me, but I will definitely be there to read it! ...more
