Some highlights - Nike philosophy is everyone's walking on this planet is an athlete similarly, Robin believes that everyone who consumes oxygen is a leader. - Brain carves Novelty, we are happier when we are growing, we are happiest when we are challenging ourselves.
Best practices - Leadership begins with you: Our life is constructed based on the daily activities we do, so make every day your best to be a better leader. Small daily consistent steps. - Work when no one is watching: Make your customers feel special. Don't work for fame. - Leaders put people first: Respect people. Build a great culture in the team (eg. Apple, Nike. People can copy your products but not the culture). Be authentic and stay humble. - Nothing fails like success: Organization is vulnerable when it's successful. Love your customers. - Do the uncomfortable at first: It will give you great self-confidence and energy for the rest of the day. Take risks, do the uncomfortable. - Get the people right: the world will be alright. Celebrate people and values; growth will be on your way. - Continuous learning: If you eat 3 times a day you are fed, if you read 3 times a day you would be wise. Reading elevates you! Habit is a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.
If you want to give up a habit you need to know the inner workings of yourself.
This book gives you some understanding of - how our emotions/shenpa raise up, - how we get hooked to do what we do, - how can we avoid taking unnecessary actions to get rid of unwanted habits and fear, and - live a life with more contentment & being present with just breathing techniques.
Favorite Highlights - Moment by moment we can choose to go toward further clarity and happiness or toward confusion and pain. - Meditation can be described as learning how to stay with the itch and the urge to scratch without scratching. - Buddhism encourages us never to reject what is problematic but rather to become very familiar with it. - The only way to ease our pain is to experience it fully. Learn to stay. Learn to stay with uneasiness, learn to stay with the tightening, learn to stay with the itch and urge of shenpa. "Sit. Stay. Heal" - The life span of any particular emotion is only one and a half minutes. After that, we have to revive the emotion and get it going again. - If we approach anyone with our fixed preconceptions, with our minds and hearts already closed, then we’ll never be able to communicate genuinely, and we can easily exacerbate the situation and promote more suffering. - Selfless help, helping others without an agenda, is the result of having helped ourselves....more

Overall it gives some key insights into how to use your mind and practices to gain wealth. I was expecting some key techniques/pieces of advice from riches but this book doesn't give you that.
The author shows how riches gained their wealth with help of Desire, Faith, Auto-Suggestion, Knowledge, Imagination, Planning, Decision, Persistence, Power of Mastermind, Sex Transmutation, Subconscious Mind, Brain, Sixth Sense & Outcasting Fear.
Every one of them is a chapter which walks you through in details. But I found a lot of the content is repetitive it can be trimmed down....more
