The way this author handles the romantic relationships is one of the things I really like about her. I think the author needs help with her interpersonal relationships though. I can see what she's trying to get at but it just reads like she's trying way, way too hard. It doesn't feel as natural as the romantic relationships....more

It's pretty clear through the whole book what the ending is going to be (even though the author tried to make it something of a 'surprise') but it didn't really make sense to me that it ended at that particular time of the year....more
