<![CDATA[The Best Little Boy in the World]]> 3341060 "The best little boy in the world never had wet dreams or masturbated; he always topped his class, honored mom and dad, deferred to elders and excelled in sports . . . . The best little boy in the world was . . . the model IBM exec . . . The best little boy in the world was a closet case who 'never read anything about homosexuality.' . . . John Reid comes out slowly, hilariously, brilliantly. One reads this utterly honest account with the shock of recognition." The New York Times
"The quality of this book is fantastic because it comes of equal parts honesty and logic and humor. It is far from being the story of a Gay crusader, nor is it the story of a closet queen. It is the story of a normal boy growing into maturity without managing to get raped into, or taunted because of, his homosexuality. . . . He is bright enough to be aware of his hangups and the reasons for them. And he writes well enough that he doesn't resort to sensationalism . . . ." San Francisco Bay Area Reporter]]>

Crystal Lords of Archean
The Chesen Rite

Sahl Amenak, High Lord of the Crystal Academy, lit a lumen-crystal and began leafing through the dusty pages of a manuscript that had not been seen by mortal eyes for more than 3,000 years. It was an extraordinary find that promised to shed light on the greatest riddle of all--how Lady Lyrihn, concubine and slave to Cobahl Attalyte, managed to overthrow an age old tyranny to establish the Council of Light.

As he read, the High Lord found himself pondering the ages that had long since past. His mundane worries and present day responsibilities seemed trivial compared to those of his predecessors--or so he thought.

Lord Amenak had no way of knowing that Cobahl Attalyte was not the only darkness that the Lady Lyrihn had put to rest. There was another--a malevolence so malignant that it threatened the Gods themselves. Sahl Amenak took a long draught of his golden tscha, completely unaware that his beloved Archean was on the verge of a war--a conflict that would beg the question...

To whom do the Gods pray when all seems lost...

Alpha Rising (Duke, #1) 13447244
MA: for mature readers

An erotic drama, with laughter and tears, his story will touch you, and have you touching yourself.

Two worlds collide as Duke has to tell his boyfriend Mike his secret, that not only can he change into a black German Shepherd, but also that the Irish Setter he brought home from his family vacation is actually his lover Rourke.

Rourke, a 'purist', his primitive people brutalized him for being gay. By becoming his 'Alpha', Duke rescued him, but to remain an 'Alpha' Duke has to lead a pack. The machinations of the 'purists' not only lead Duke to gather a pack, but also to take action that will have far-reaching ramifications.

For Rourke's sake, Duke has to tell Mike his secret, to do so, they have to mate. Their love on the line, the real threat comes from within, as another competes for Duke's affection.

Animal experimentation, a knife-wielding homophobe, the local whore, and an ailing grandparent, who has to pass along his gift of 'change', add to his troubles, but a hundred year old tortoise with a secret saves the day.

<![CDATA[Interview with the Vampire (The Vampire Chronicles, #1)]]> 43763
Louis and Claudia travel Europe, eventually coming to Paris and the ragingly successful Theatre des Vampires--a theatre of vampires pretending to be mortals pretending to be vampires. Here they meet the magnetic and ethereal Armand, who brings them into a whole society of vampires. But Louis and Claudia find that finding others like themselves provides no easy answers and in fact presents dangers they scarcely imagined.

Originally begun as a short story, the book took off as Anne wrote it, spinning the tragic and triumphant life experiences of a soul. As well as the struggles of its characters, Interview captures the political and social changes of two continents. The novel also introduces Lestat, Anne's most enduring character, a heady mixture of attraction and revulsion. The book, full of lush description, centers on the themes of immortality, change, loss, sexuality, and power.

The story begins in the not so distant future when Etan, a fragile young man plagued by horrific visions, is released from the hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan and thrown into the middle of a war that has been raging against homosexuals twenty-seven centuries. An epic journey unfolds, as young Etan flees to Chicago and then to the remote jungles of Mexico in a desperate attempt to stop the genocide of every single gay man and lesbian woman on earth

Gay Gene Weeks after the discovery of the gay gene is announced by researchers at the IHI Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan, IFC Pharmaceuticals announces “AEG/IS”—the gay cure. While the world is busy debating the drug’s merits, a suspicious fever kills hundreds of thousands of gay men in the matter of hours, presenting millions upon millions of people with an impossible choice—take the gay cure or die.

“Spellbinding and terrifyingly possible!”—GayNovelists.com

Guardians of the Young Etan, AKA Patient G , flees his Chicago apartment in the middle of the night, narrowly escaping IFC henchmen who will stop at nothing to get him back under their control. His only hope lays with a rag-tag group of friends, led by the redoubtable Sues, two tough, old-guard lesbians who never thought they’d live long enough to witness the horrors of a second gay plague.

Sue DeGault and Sue Keller pray for strength as they prepare to battle fate, and the IFC, a corporate goliath controlled by a powerful family with roots dating back to the days of King Yoshiyahu of Judea—a family that has been raging a religious war against homosexuals for 2,700 years.

“Sometimes history is fiction, and sometimes fiction makes history.”—GayNovelists.com

Soulfire and Far away in the remote mountains of Mexico, a great grey-wolf raises its muzzle and curls back his lips to taste the air. The scent of blood stings his palette, and he howls into ancient winds as they paint the mists with death. The winds were born on the battlefield, in a time long past. They saw the Great Purge of King Yoshiyahu. They witnessed the atrocities that were committed in the name of Yahweh , and they moaned in anguish as the blood of the Disciples of Goedric muddied the ground.

The Sons and Daughters of Goedric had fallen, and their once noble creed was trapped in time, drifting like a ripple across an endless sea—with no hope of shore.

“Prophecy that ignites the imagination.”—GayNovelists.com

The Symposium 81779
In the course of a lively drinking party, a group of Athenian intellectuals exchange views on eros, or desire. From their conversation emerges a series of subtle reflections on gender roles, sex in society and the sublimation of basic human instincts. The discussion culminates in a radical challenge to conventional views by Plato's mentor, Socrates, who advocates transcendence through spiritual love. The Symposium is a deft interweaving of different viewpoints and ideas about the nature of love--as a response to beauty, a cosmic force, a motive for social action and as a means of ethical education.

For more than seventy years, Penguin has been the leading publisher of classic literature in the English-speaking world. With more than 1,700 titles, Penguin Classics represents a global bookshelf of the best works throughout history and across genres and disciplines. <![CDATA[Queen of Sorcery (The Belgariad #2)]]> 587582 The Trail of Prophecy...

Legends told of how the evil God Torak had coveted the power of the Orb of Aldur, until defeated in a final battle. But prophecy spoke of a time when he would awake and again seek dominance over the world. Now the Orb has been stolen by a priest of Torak, and that time was at hand.

The master Sorcerer Belgarath and his daughter Polgara the arch-Sorceress were on the trail of the Orb, seeking to regain it before the final disaster. And with them went Garion, a simple farm boy only months before, but now the focus of the struggle. He has never believed in sorcery and wanted no part of it. Yet with every league they traveled, the power grew in him, forcing him to acts of wizardry he could not accept.

This continues the magnificent epic of The Belgariad, began in Pawn of Prophecy, set among strange lands against a background of a war of men, Kings, and Gods that had spanned seven thousand years - a novel of strange fate and a prophecy that must come true!]]>

The quest was over. The Orb of Aldur was restored. And once again, with the crowning of Garion, there was a descendant of Riva Iron-grip to rule as Overlord of the West.

But the Prophecy was unfulfilled. In the east, the evil God Torak was about to awaken and seek dominion. Somehow, Garion had to face the God, to kill or be killed. On the outcome of that dread duel rested the destiny of the world. Now, accompanied by his grandfather, the ancient sorcerer Belgarath, Garion headed toward the City of Endless Night, where Torak awaited him.

To the south, his fiancée, the princess Ce'Nedra, led the armies of the West in a desperate effort to divert the forces of Torak's followers from the man she loved.

The Prophecy drove Garion on. But it gave no answer to the question that haunted him: How does a man kill an immortal God?]]>

His dream of justice and amicable relations between the races had turned to ashes in his mind. The medieval kingdom of Gwynedd groaned under the tyranny of Imre and his sister and mistress, Ariella. Normal humans were savagely persecuted by the king, whose Deryni ancestors had seized the throne from the rightful human Haldane line a century before. Camber could not even save his own son from the murderous treachery of Imre.

When Camber learned that Cinhil Haldane, a descendant of the previous kings, still lived, he realized that the only hope for the kingdom lay in overthrowing Imre and restoring Cinhil to the throne. But Cinhil was a cloistered monk, hidden under his religious name in one of many monasteries, unaware of his heritage, untrained in politics. Could he be persuaded to leave the only life he knew and take on the leadership of a rebellion? And lacking the Deryni powers, could he hope to overcome the magic of the king?

Grimly, Camber set out to locate Cinhil and spirit him from the cloister into a struggle that seemed doomed from the start.

And behind came the minions of the king—for Imre was already aware of the plot and bent on destroying all involved in it.]]>

<![CDATA[When Vengeance Howls (The Chronicles of Abigoth, #2)]]> 13499805
Lucas thrashed in his sleep from one side to the next where he lay on the floor. A tangle of blankets tied up his legs and a salty dampness collected on his skin as he struggled to escape his dream—a dream that had pursued him relentlessly since that day in the park six months past. There was no escape. Once again he found himself racing through dimly lit tunnels that harbored nothing but his own panic and the howls of whatever it was that pursued him.

The howls were deafening as they slammed against the gleaming white walls of catacombs that burrowed into the deepest depths of the earth. Lucas knew that once the beast finally caught him that crimson would stain the walls of his dreams, leaving behind only the darkness of death and the echoes of his own screams as his soul was torn from his flesh like meat off a bone

A thousand feet beneath the sewers of Detroit, deep within the abandoned salt mines that stretched for miles in all directions, an ancient mist had risen and its voice empowered the winds that swept through the crystalline catacombs. “We are the Dire, it sang. “We are the froth of ancient seas, born of rage and botheration. We are the mend of broken souls. We are adjudication.

"The best religious conspiracy since the Da Vinci Code!"

"Sometimes history is fiction, and sometimes fiction makes history..."

"Spellbinding and terrifyingly possible..."

"What an amazing, inspired, and frightening look at the world and the history of homosexuality. By blending past, present, and future so seamlessly, you have given us our own mythology, our own place in the universe. I cannot wait to continue on and see how this loving family of chosen members saves the world. Thank you so much!"

Ages past, the Sons and Daughters of Goedric had fallen, and their once noble creed was trapped in time, drifting like a ripple across an endless sea with no hope of shore.

In the remote mountains of Mexico, a great grey-wolf raises its muzzle and curls back his lips to taste the air. The scent of blood stings his palette, and he howls into ancient winds as they paint the mists with death. The winds were born on the battlefield, in a time long past. They saw the Great Purge of King Yoshiyahu. They witnessed the atrocities that were committed in the name of Yahweh, and they moaned in anguish as the blood of the Disciples of Goedric muddied the ground.

As the winds remembered the horrors of centuries past, they whispered a single name, Etan, and they called to the Guardians of the Blood to protect the Living Alpha.

For the first time in twenty-seven hundred years the Disciples of Goedric could once again sense the SoulFire of God coursing through their veins... and as men who yearn for men, and Women who yearn for Women they know their calling. The second dawn of Man's hope was in peril and fate itself trembled as the universe prepared itself for a future fighting to be born.

"Spellbinding and terrifyingly possible! Jeffrey Jude has spun a tale rooted in historical facts that will grip your soul and inspire your imagination"--GayNovelists.com Reviews

"If I hadn’t had book two and three in my possession I could have been pushed clean off the edge of sanity... The characters in this story are three dimensional, well described and ‘real on every level. Each with unique emotions and reactions to the many high adrenaline situations that Jeffrey Jude throws them into. Even the wolves in this story have their own personalities!"-- Top 2 Bottom Reviews

"I was going to try to write this review without using the word epic, but that's not going to happen. This book embodies the word epic as you would have described blockbuster classic movies. The locations are varied and well researched, the characters are diverse and compelling and the storyline whilst encompassing elements of fantasy/fiction also deals with very contemporary and relevant current affairs. Books can entertain, inform and hopefully enthrall the reader. Jeffrey Jude has accomplished all of this and more." -- Dyna Leake, G2Z Reviews

"Best gay themed fantasy I've read in years. Was totally enthralled by the narrative..." ŷ Review

I. Gay Gene Rising
II. Guardians of the Blood
III. SoulFire and Tears

You are purchasing all three books in one larger format edition.

Book Gay Gene Rising...

Etan Reyes Llamas, AKA, Patient G—a frail young man who is plagued by horrific visions is released from the hospital after his rare blood condition leads to the discovery of the gay gene. Within weeks, IFC Pharmaceuticals announces AEG/IS, the gay cure. While the world is busy debating the drug’s merits, a suspicious fever kills hundreds of thousands of gay men in the matter of hours, presenting millions upon millions of people with an impossible choice... take the gay cure or die.

Book Guardians of the Blood...

Etan flees his Chicago apartment, narrowly escaping corporate henchman who will stop at nothing to get him back under their control. His only hope lies with a rag-tag group of friends, led by the redoubtable Sues, two tough, old-guard lesbians who never thought they’d live long enough to witness the horrors of a second gay plague.

Sue DeGault and Sue Keller pray for strength as they prepare to battle fate, and the IFC, a corporate goliath controlled by a powerful family with roots dating back to the days of King Yoshiyahu of Judah—an ancient family that has been raging a religious war against homosexuals for 2,700 years.

Book and Tears...

The Sons and Daughters of Goedric had fallen, and their once noble creed was trapped in time, drifting like a ripple across an endless sea, waiting for the second dawn of Man’s hope—with no sign of shore.

Prepare to remember what you should never have forgotten—for these pages were written for you...]]>
