This book is really good. It’s like a mix of Agatha Christie, F Scott Fitzgerald and Charlotte Bronte’s Jane Eyre.
Also, stellar opening line.
Also, also, Danvers creeped me the eff out and The New Mrs. De Winters might be a little crazy or dark herself.
Totally recommend this, and all of Du Maurier’s books, ESPECIALLY Jamaica Inn.
