I feel the same way about this book as I did with Everless. I felt the whole book was incredibly unoriginal and fell flat. By the way, authors, we readers don't like love triangles! Please stop.
I am going to say I loved the gems and elemental powers, and it was entertaining or else I wouldn't have finished it but I felt like there was nothing memorable in it and it felt like every other YA fantasy book I've read.😔😔
I should get my act together and stop reading books I know I'm not going to absolutely love so I can read more of my hyped ones on my tbr...
