For a kids book without any kids, it's pretty funny. My kid loved it, then a few days later asked for the next one in the series.

Ian Banks I saw the 143-Storey Treehouse in a shop the other day: your kid’s in for a treat. The library at my school has them on fairly high rotation as well.
