I didn't know anything about this book before I read it, except that it was a mystery/thriller. Some of my friends were reading it so I decided to jump in and see how it went. It was fun going in blind and I liked the setting of an old hotel and wondering which of the guests or employees was the killer.

There was a twist I didn't see coming at all, so big praise to the author for that! I also appreciated that the main character Nell didn't fall for the aloof jerk like I thought she would. I get sick of girls falling for guys that treat them poorly. The ending was a bit rushed and could have played out a bit better. It didn't make complete sense to me, but I did like the ramp up in tension.

The audiobook narrator did a pretty good job and this is a quick mystery story.
