You are most welcome. I just feel the need to share the beauty of this novel cum graphic novel. And why I feel it's worthwhile to buy the paperback eventhough it's quite pricey (and hide it under my drawer of knickers).

This book is so anatomically correct and has uber sexy drawings.

I keep stumbling upon teasers on Tumblr too.I usually stay away from yaoi because I don't like the more, how do I put this, "childish" graphics. But this blows me away. So in love with this style. :D

Amazon says volume 1 has 200 pages, so there are multiple chapters in that one? Should I just get the first volume for starters? (not even sure if there's a 2nd volume yet)

It does seems like there are several chapters in that Vol.1 alone. I think you could just get that paperback of Vol.1 to start if you want. But the bookstore I bought mine from no longer has the stock it seems. You might have to check elsewhere for it or from the author's main sales website -

I've ordered the individual chapters in ebook format via Kobo. Still want to have the paperback too, but I'm too impatient!:)

Wow, you bought it already? Those digital formats on Kobo doesn't come cheap either. Hope you will like it. Her art is to-die-for. Afterall, she did illustrations for Marvels comics and the likes.

This one is a keeper kay. I wouldn't be surprised if one day her paperback version would become a collectors item. It's now becoming rare too. Not enough stock. I am happy that now she published it in digital version too. I am still gunning for the paperback tho especially itching to get her 2nd volume.

About my shelves, I have a couple of peeps wanting to friend me just for the shelves but I am not too sure I am liking it. Unless they mean to really interact with me and not just friend me and ignore me. I try to keep my friends list down for quality sake.

Do you know if the color art examples are covers to single issues? The inside art appears to be black and white.

Yes, only the 1st few pages or the book is in color. Those are like artwork/posters you have posted around. I think about 6 or 8 pages of it in color. Beautiful artwork.

The rest are in black in white as in any manga. Tat's manga for you. Unlike American graphic novels. Although it's in B&W it is still beautifully done.

Thank you for the links! The girl in the first one made me laugh, she's so enthusiastic. The bookmarks are cute. I don't mind the black and white in this case because the drawing is so beautiful.
I just have to be careful that I get an English copy rather than one in Japanese. I found one on ebay and bid it but who knows if I'll end up getting it. It expires in 3 days so I have to keep an eye on it.

Yep, it was actually the only English version they had listed. If I knew Japanese I could have already bought it for $30. Damn American school system and its lack of varied foreign language classes.

I ordered one copy via Ebay, the other secondhand via Amazon. So one must show up eventually right? If they both show up, I'll probably put one up for sale again. It's not like I can giftwrap it for a random friend as a present..heehee!

No, I like horror and books outside the real of romance. I would hate to think going in that this was a type of romance like Special Forces: Soldiers Part I -Director's Cut, and then find that it isn't a romance at all but horror.
