Number 3 in the series. Kinsey investigates the death of a client and her friend Bobby. A simple plot with lots of development of the characters. I enjoyed the sub plot with Henry her neighbor and how she uncovers the scam Lila is running on Henry. No fool like an old fool.

SPOILERS AHEAD

In the end we find Bobby was murdered because he also was conned by an older woman who was married to a nutter who liked show tunes. Dr Fraker was completely crazy and after he strangles someone he still gets bail! Gotta love the American judicial system. I cannot help thinking Nola got away with murdering her previous husband.
