** spoiler alert ** Still not sure if I like it better than the first one. I was just too busy yelling at the characters in this one to pay attention to that. I seriously wanted to slap both Nora and Patch for the way they were acting.
I mean, since Patch found he could communicate with Nora in her dreams, why not tell her everything instead of just have a hot make-out session (I LOVED that but after it was just frustrating). And Nora, she sounded a little too much like Bella at some points and that was just...:X And yet, I haven't been this agitated for a fight-break-up-make-up session since Succubus Dreams and Succubus Heat and that's saying something. I was nearly obsessing, lol.
What I didn't like was making Rixon the villain in this book. I Love Rixon! Nooooooo! Whyyyyy?! Not him! He was the good guy! And he and Vee were cute together. Come on! It's not fair! And the final scene - NOOO! Come on! That was one of the most frustrating endings ever. Patch and Nora were just getting back together and that creep, her dad, came! Garr!
Now I can't wait for Tempest even more! Still, I loved Crescendo. I trully loved it. It kept me on the edge on my seat and I was screaming at them all the time and that doesn't happen when a book is boring. I just wish it had more Patch but...*sign* Again, can't wait for Tempest. 5 stars
