I'm out. Again. lol My son and husband placed an order on Amazon.com and I couldn't resist adding in a wee small order for myself. lol (Used book for 79 cents plus shipping is hard to resist!)

I'd love to join this, but do free ebooks count? I'm technically not 'buying' anything. Hahaha. I usually get a couple free books a day. Tho, if it does count, I may just hold off and see if I can do this at least once. :)

Free ebooks don't count against you as you aren't paying anything for them. Likewise, it was discussed and it was determined that books on sites like paperbackswap that come in on your wishlist don't count either as you have no control over when they come in and usually you're "buying" them with credits.

Audiobooks can be difficult. If there is a print version of the book available, then just use that for your page count. You'd have to guestimate from what percentage you were at in the audiobook still.

I just came on to tell Kate to zero me out - I went to the library and stopped in to check out the Friends of the Library room; big mistake - I bought 7 books! Now I might as well go online and check out some books that have been in my cart for quite a while - I did try to be good!!

It seems everytime I turn around lately, I've been buying books - even an innocent trip to pick up library books ends in buying! Went to the library to pick up 5 books waiting for me, and ended up buying 6 more. Maybe I'm done for a while, so I'm game for it.
