Here is the thread where you can write your review of the book when you complete it. No urls of links should be placed on the thread - they will be deleted. Simply your words about the book and no links to reviews elsewhere. Tell us what you liked best about the book, what surprised you, what moved you and what completely knocked your socks off and any other opinions you might have. Just be civil and respectful. Please make sure to write your review.

In terms of the names crossed off; according to the threads we only heard from these
folks who wanted to get the book - nothing after. If we are mistaken on any of these
recipients, please simply PM me and I will correct any oversight.
Overall this was a tremendously active and vibrant discussion and I think we owe this to three things: a) a Great book b) Bryan did a tremendous job moderating and c) of course - Tim's active and enthusiastic involvement (no author has done more).

Just as a heads up, we do look at history especially when we have more applicants than books.
If you followed the t's and c's, then the next time a book offer is available - when you apply - you move to the front of the queue alongwith newbies of course, This gives you an opportunity to get the next offering before those who did not read/post/review as promised.
If there are a lot of books to go around, this may not matter. But in a crunch when a book is extremely popular - it just might.

Don't forget whenever you complete this book to write your review:

a) Be responsive and participate in the reading discussions and post
b) Read the book
c) Review the book on The History Book Club site and goodreads.
d) Chat with the author
If the above are not done, then the next ARC will be offered to others in line.
There were a lot of folks who wanted very much to have the opportunity to participate.
