I've downloaded Steve's book "Fool's Gold" and opened it successfully. I'll be reviewing it here for Round 3, Group 3, sometime over the next two weeks.

I'm re-posting a key sentence in our policy on swaps here, in case members missed it. It's published on the thread that deals with assignments you find offensive. This sentence was added to clarify the situations in which we will honor the request and situations in which we will not.

"Please note - this is not an option to be used purely because it is a book outside your normal genre preference. Sorry, but it would become impossible to manage if everyone started to ask for swaps. It is a get-out-of-jail-free card which should be used sparingly, an option for when you find it impossible to try the particular book you have been assigned."

That's a very generous-spirited offer, Alexes, but do your set review of Sandra's book for round 4. It's tough but these things happen when members don't or can't meet their commitment to 4 reviews.

If, however, anyone else would be able to pick an extra review, we won't hold you to the round dates. I'm sure Sandra would prefer to wait a little longer than miss a review entirely.
