Discussion that doesn't relate to a particular part of the book. Please post "Spoiler Alerts" if needed. Enjoy!

I am still quite behind on my reading due to one thing and another. I thought if any members were ready to move on with the discussion, I would post the topic headings for the last parts of the book. I will join in as soon as possible.

Anna, I have had several things stand in my way of even picking the book back up at all. I may not have even reached the bog-down part yet! ha ha I hope I can pick it back up in the next few days and resume. Good luck on your school courses. How much longer does your semester run?

I will soon offer the suggestion that we choose another book entirely for our next read and give Cornwell a rest for a few months. There seems to have been so little interest that I think trying something fresh might be more enjoyable to everyone!

Old-Barbarossa | 301 comments Hey, I'm trying to catch up.
I'll be with you in a week or so.
Loving it so far...mead horns and shield walls. What's not to like?
But currently still on The Winter King.

Yeah, I saw your Winter King comment -- glad you are reading. I believe you will way more than catch up with me! ha ha
Have a good day!

We can decide on a few books to pick from and I can post a poll if you would like. we'll time the discussion to begin sometime after your semester ends to give you and all of us some buffer time and go from there. I will start thinking on my suggestion to throw into the pile.

Le Morte D'Arthur The Winchester Manuscript next?
I'll be finishing the Cornwell trilogy now I've started it, but now my Dumas binge has ended I'm getting back into all things Arthurian for a while, so any suggestions I'll join you on.
On that note I picked up the Sir Gawain and the Green Knight by Simon Armitage recently, to add to my ever more unstable pile of books to read.

Old-Barbarossa | 301 comments Ha! I'm catching up.

Old-Barbarossa | 301 comments Sarah, I'm going to plow on with Excalibur. But at this rate should be finished in a week or so. As it's a trilogy I want to finish it all now. Loving it so far, just checked the "cast list" at the start and...looks good.
Could you start the thread for Excalibur? I think it has to be a moderator that does this.

Thanks. I will continue muttering and ranting there.
