Yes! Mr. bliss was a great character. I was surprised when he was killed off.

I'm so glad we have this thread. I usually end up really confused because I've forgotten who's died!

I really thought Derek would keep such a pivotal role around for another few books, but the books are still amazing without bliss.

It's great that we have this to! So many characters have died both from the sides of good and evil.

Kenspeckle. I miss Kenspeckle Grouse.

I loved it when he used to be so underwhelmed by Skulduggery and made him suffer by wearing pink scrubs. And I loved the way Fletcher annoyed the hell out of him.

He reminds me of Q out of the James Bond movies �� except he’s a doctor.

I never expected his death. It was completely out of the blue.

Yeah Helen. When I read that part of the book where he died I had to reread it t make sure I didn't misunderstand what just happened

Even though Tanith isn't dead, I just can't believe what happened to her

I was devastated when Grouse died, he was so sweet and I felt so bad for Clarabell, it really got across just how sick remenants are. :'(

I really liked Clarabell, but ever since she killed Grouse... I’ve just had a voice whisper in the back of my mind, “She killed him, KILLED HIM!!!��

Yeah I wasn't sure if I should consider her dead or not since she technically is.

Yeah grouse was such a great character. I wonder what made Derek decide to kill him off.

No it wasn't her fault it was the remenant!!!

Nope Tanith is still a great character. I count Tanith as dead though since she isn't in control of herself and never will be.

NO you can't hate Clarabell she's TOO ADORABLE!!

i find that Kenspeckle was really cool and old especially because of his fear of vampires
i found it reallly funny when Caelan had to go to the Hibernian to get looked after :)

I don't remember him looking after Caelan, I just remember him freaking out about him.

Besides I thought we weren't meant to mention the vampire. ;D

Oh No! Tanith isn't quite dead yet but I do miss her as a good guy. Could I say that the good Tanith is my most missed character?

I pretty much went through emotional trauma as I reread that part, making sure I didn't read it wrong, when cold reality hit me and told me it was true. Why would you kill one of my favorite villains, Derek, why?! I still love him all the same though.... (hide spoiler)]

I think I should have realized that this series would have a lot of death.
See it begins with a death, and one of the main character is dead before the series begin

Also Anton, I think he wasn't just... mourned like Ghastly

Yeah, he does get a little overlooked...but Ghastly!!!

Kenspeckle's death was the worst. :(

Yeah, because it was awful for Clarabelle as well as Kenspeckle.

#4: Billy-Ray Sanguine (surprisingly. The thing is, he basically became good in book 9. and he really, truly loved Tanith....even if she didn't love him back.)
#5: Dexter Vex (I know it isn't specifically confirmed, but it seemed from how that it did happen.)
#6: Gordon's Echo Stone (WHYYY. HE NEVER GOT TO SAY HIS LAST WORDS.)
#7: Solomon Wreath
#8: Stephanie
#9: Mr. Bliss
#10: Melancholia St. Clair
#11: Erskine Ravel (he kinda deserved it.)
#12: Caelan, lol. Didn't affect me at all, although he does have a sad backstory you'd learn if you read Friday Night Frights.

I really liked Anton. He was super chill

I can't believe what happened to ghastly... after reading the series 5 times... still not gotten over it

Why did Fletcher and Myosotis get killed? I literally cried, cause they would have been perfect together. Still haven't gotten over it.
