I'll add it to this post and we'll have an "eligible" book list for our first Member-Author Read.
* Sequels are included on this list, but are not eligible for nomination until the first book of the series has been read as a group read (for any hosted group read by A/A Aficcionados). Once the first book of the series has been the subject of a Group read, then the next in that series is eligible for six months. After six months, the asterisk goes back by all but the first book.

We are painfully aware that there are books missing from this list. If you wrote a book, and wish it to be on this list, please let me know on the thread "Please Add my Book to the Group Member Author List."
Moderators maintain this list.
This is also the list of books eligible for selection as the "Member Author-Book of the Month" recommendation. That is why there are two lists, one for books added by members who have been less than a month with us, and the others.
The separation is only an administrative arangment to make it easier to manage the one month as a member requirement to join the Book of the Month Selection process if your an author.
It is otherwise completely artificial and no indication of the quality, popularity or status within the group. There is no "rite of passage" other than, after a member has been with us for more than a month, the book will automatically get moved into the main list.
Also, since things sometimes fall through the cracks, it is the date the member-author joined that determines eligibility to participat ein the Member Author Group Read. The book could have been released yesterday and be eligible for selection as the Member Author Book of the Month. Any book eligible (that we are aware of) will be added to the poll, regaurdless of weather it has been properly moved up or not. (Again, it's how long the author has been with us, not the book and it's 1 month, no more, no less).
