What did you think?

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) I've read this book 2 months ago. I wasn't satisfied with the ending. It still ends with a cliffhanger.

Well, I've already had one venting session in my review of the book (/review/show...), but what happened to the ending? I loved the first two books in the series, and, while I admire Lauren Oliver as an author, I found this book to be a huge let down. There was no resolution whatsoever. The plot was virtually nonexistent. I was expecting a much more dramatic ending to one of my favorite series. I was disappointed to say the least.

S Jakes | 281 comments I swear that this resolves nothing. I feel almost as if the second and third books haven't happened and it is the end of the first book in almost exactly the same way.

I agree, I feel like the first book had the greatest amount of resolution of all of the books in the series. I think I would have enjoyed it better if Delirium had just stood by itself, instead of being drawn out into a three book series where the books grew progressively worse. The ending of Requiem was just such a disappointment :( She built up to a massive climax that never occurred.

S Jakes | 281 comments Well I think that I with the idea of a trilogy and after the first one I was really hyped for the second one, but when I'd finished the third I was so disappointed. The plot was good, but the way it progressed was not so good.
