I've always wanted to go to Paris (cliché as I am), and I've always wanted to read this book, so: it's perfect! I've watched the movie adaptation many times and LOVE it, so I hope the book is even better.

I'm going to read this one for the "A book based or turned into a TV show". I'm curious about the show, but I'll read the book first!

I'm from the same part of the country than D'Artagnan (it seems it's a real guy). There's a statue of him (made 300 years after his time :p) in the city I was born, it's funny ^^
There were 2 TV cartoons about the 3 Musketeers when I was kid (one with dog people, the other with humans and a twist with Aramis), so I'm pretty familiar with the story since a young age. I've read the book when I was in highschool (but not for school) and enjoyed it. At some point, I'll re-read it and the sequel to see how they are now.

Like Zaz, I kind of grew up with 3 Musketeers cartoons (remember the spaghetti gun? hahaha), but I actually never read the book. It is on my list of classics to catch up to.
