Poison study is about a girl named Yelena who has been put on death row as punishment for murder. However, before she is executed, she is given the option to become the Commander of Ixia (her country)'s food tester (to test for poisons and help thwart any assassination attempt on the Commander).

I thought it was a pretty good series. I finished the last book not too long ago and it was an enjoyable read. The third book is bit confusing and I didn't like it as much as the other two books, but I thought the concept of the overall series was intriguing. Oh and all the characters are pretty kick-ass.

I agree i LOVED LOVED LOVED the series of the immortal Nicholas Flamel!!!!!!!!

The Mortal Instruments, the Infernal Devices, Divergent, Hunger Games, and Maximum Ride!!!^^ Loved all of them!!

I disagree- I thought it was so cool!!!! It was so full of action and the characters were super intriguing. I loved the tie-ins to real people too like Flamel, Dee, Machiavelli, etc.

I may not have liked the Hunger Games but it is not nice to criticize the book in front of many lovers. (Or maybe you just want attention). ok I was Too much dramatic and I apologize if that bothered some people but i don't like huger games I read all 3 books and when I finished I couldn't say"wow that was awesome i can read it anytime".
