I picked up this linguistics text in a special deal with the popular penguins range. It looks of interest so I thought I'd start a thread here and if I travel through it I may post thoughts and reflections in connection.

I kept picking that up from the library, but never actually got the chance to read it. It sounds interesting, though.

I also picked up Steven Pinker's work at last so I may have to read that one firstly.
