This book is hard to classify. It is somewhat like a running narrative through short stories. Each story could be read independently but you get a slosh more continuity if you start at the front and read to the back. There is also a secret hidden in the book. I know what it is but it is subtile and requires some thought.

If I were to use a single word description I would chose the seldom used piquaresque.

The protagonist takes you on a wild and very unexpected ride.
