Personality: Extremely self confident, and this explains his lack of an alias. He believes fully that no-one can catch him, and he taunts his opposition. He is logical, though occasionally rash, and has a flair for the dramatic. However, he is also somewhat sociopathic, and disdains company, save to manipulate unto his own ends. Finally, and most importantly, he is an egotist, and thusly easily flattered and perhaps over-confident.
History: Privately schooled, he worked for the government awhile. This, however, was simply a means to an end. Through deceit, manipulation and bribery, he soon officially no longer existed, and never had. This is the main cause of his arrogant self-confidence.

Personality: Dr. Smiles is overall a crazed, delusional lunatic. He is manipulative and calculative, he awkward around people and always looks for how he can use them and their desires to suite his own needs and goals.
When he is moody he tends to listen to smooth jazz to calm his nerves. He paranoid and despective.
History: At the young age of 12 Smiles parents were gunned down by a mad man, who then used a knife and made the scar that runs down his face. The man was later apprehended and put to trial. The mad man was put into a mental hospital and was cleared of any charges. Alone and angry, Smiles went from foster home to foster home, having no living relatives. 10 years later when the man was released from the hospital, Smiles, now age 22, unloaded 12 shots into him from the crowd. Afterwards he gave himself a mission, to kill, rob or torture anyone who thinks that they can pass judgement to people. He named him self Dr. Smiles, because that was what he did when he unloaded those 12 shots.
