A novella is considerably longer than a short story but shorter than a novel. That's not very helpful is it:)
In this case though it will need to be more than 125 pages in order to meet the guidelines

No, that isn't terribly helpful, Phrynne!! I found that as well - on Wikipedia, I think it was! So would books with pages around 250 pages count as novellas, do you think, or is that too long?!

I think that's classed as a book Kathryn. It's a fine line isn't it...over 125 and under 200 I think.. but I could be wrong:)

I know - and I've seen things that say there's no hard and fast rule about what constitutes a short story/novella/novel, but I work best with defined limits, so 125 - 200 will be my guide!

I will do 2 and 3 down.

Some of the above lists I've been reading are truly awesome, Aussie Readers

Thanks, Julie - we'll see whether I've been too ambitious in a few months!

Thanks, Anna and Brenda - I've certainly heard good things about Room...

Hmmm, I wasn't intending to. I certainly won't be reading all 25 in one weekend - readathon or not!!
Haha! That's not what I meant Kathryn!!! lol I just thought that if you're reading a lot you'll be able to add your total to the challenge...as you'll be reading anyway;)

Let me know if you think you'll need more people - I might be persuaded ;-)

The Rules:
#1. Read a minimum of two (2) rows - either across or down but not diagonal (a total of ten (10) squares) - therefore 10 books!
#2. Where the squares overlap (if they do) you must read that square twice.
#3. Choose your rows; then list (and link) your books in this challenge thread.
Feel free to read as many rows as you want (minimum two)
Make sure you check out the new challenge guidelines here
For example: I might say I want to read #1 across & #4 down - therefore the square which says "Male Main Character" would have two (2) from that category:)
Settle back and enjoy another season of reading fun!
