A Hobbit, A Wardrobe, and a Great War: How J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis Rediscovered Faith, Friendship, and Heroism in the Cataclysm of 1914-18 by Joseph Loconte looks interesting. Just noticed it as a Kindle Daily Deal recently. Feel free to nominate more than one book, if you like!

Would The Screwtape Letters be a better selection? I have the audio version by Focus on the Family Radio Theater which features Andy Serkis as Well as another one featuring Joss Ackland as the reader. My only concern regarding this one is that it needs to be digested slowly and thoughtfully.

Now if anyone is interested in reading/listening to Eragon by Christopher Paolini I would be all over that.

Actually, the group pick is Fellowship of the Ring for March and April, but no pressure to read that right now if you don't want to.

Out of the Silent Planet is intriguing for a future pick, I'd like to check out Lewis' contribution to SF. Eragon sounds interesting, too. We'll start nominating books for the May/June pick in early to mid April
