And you're quite correct, your book doesn't have to include 18+ material but you have to be happy to read and review books with graphic 18+ content.

No problem, I'm not shy :)

Fate's Arrow: Soulmates Book 2
I've reviewed Robin Peacock and Emma Jaye.
No one so far on the list has reviewed me.

"Catch-22" was the first classic farce about American military life. "M*A*S*H," set later during the Korean War, continued that tradition. But few books have chronicled the behind-the-scenes absurdities of the Vietnam War.
In the tradition of "Sgt. Bilko" and "What Did You Do in the War, Daddy?" SAIGON TEASE follows the misadventures, narrow escapes, and anguish of an 18-year-old in Vietnam in 1967 as he awkwardly transitions from boy to man. But it differs from its predecessors in one significant way: the bizarre escapades in SAIGON TEASE are all true. And that 18-year-old was me.
SAIGON TEASE is not a diary from the front lines; it's a chronicle from behind the lines where the vast majority of Vietnam vets served. It's a saga of wonder and beauty and innocence and mischief set in exotic Southeast Asia during the pivotal war of our generation.
But perhaps the most significant thing about SAIGON TEASE is that these tales were not the exceptions; they were the norm for most men and women who went there. And that story has never been told.
Saigon Tease: So, What Did You Do in Nam, Dad?

I've just concluded my reviews for group 99, and would love to join with City on Clouds. Charlie B. has already reviewed it, but I would appreciate her take on A Parallel Path.
/book/show/1...

I'll get the order sorted out ASAP.

I have to do something about my pic too - I don't sell used cars...

I'm brand new to this, so forgive my newbie questions. It looks like this round is full, yeah? Or do the groups go beyond 10? I have my first horror book out as an Amazon ebook and have been looking to find ways of getting reviews and of joining reading and reviewing communities.
If it is indeed closed, would a new group form in the near future? Thanks much.

I start new groups when we have mods available, so sometimes we have a clutch together, sometimes we don't. I've had a busy weekend, but I'll get to setting up the order for this one later today.

Please remember the commitment you are making to your fellow group members. If you pull out after the start date for any reason it is the other members who will be faced with the problem of finding a replacement, or missing out on reviews, through no fault of their own. Please don’t ask the moderators to chase after replacements as we just don’t have the time.
It is the responsibility of the author to get their book to their reviewer in a format the reviewer can manage. Everyone must be able to accept PDF. There are no set dates for the start of each round. You can each work at your own pace, within the limits of the round deadlines.
When you have posted your reviews, please post the three links to your reviews in this thread.
All reviews must be posted to GR, Amazon .com and Amazon.co.uk.
Postings to any other sites are by agreement by both author and reviewer.
If I’ve missed something that results in you being asked to review someone who has already reviewed you, please let me know asap.
To exchange book files, my advice is to use PM to give email addresses to each other (save the chance of spammers getting your addies from this open forum).
Happy reviewing, everyone :)

When you add your book link it not only indicates you want to join the group it indicates you AGREE that you are WILLING TO REVIEW ANY ALLOCATED BOOK within the set 12 week limit.
This is the 18+ group. You can enter any genre book in this group, but should be aware that they will predominantly be reviewing books with explicit sex (in all its possible combinations) and/or violence. If this subject matter offends you, please do not join this group.
There is no genre filtering.
Allocation is entirely random and there will NOT be any rearranging of the listing to accommodate genre preference. The ONLY circumstance in which you may duck out of giving a review is if YOU provide a stand-in reviewer.
Let’s be honest here we don’t all like the same things but we all want reviews. The only way this group can function is if we trust each other to behave honourably. And it IS perfectly possible to give a fair-minded review of a text that does not coincide with our normal choice of reading matter. If you need a few hints/tips, please see this thread:
/topic/show/...
Do not sign up until you have completed all your reviews in another review round in the group.
Make sure you have an author profile set up before you join and that your book is available for sale on amazon (not pre-order).
Please let me know as you sign up if you have been reviewed by, or have reviewed another author in the group. It is permissible to review an author more than once if a different book is available, but reciprocal reviews within the group are strictly prohibited.
Your group moderator will be
Emma Jaye
