Sean, your review was nothing less than brilliant. Loved the pictures in the Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ version! I'm going to have to read your work--I like your sense of humor. Thanks again for taking the time with my story.

L.N. Denison | 1004 comments Thanks Damien, great review. I am working through the issues as we speak...should be awesome when it's done.

message 121: by Damian (new)

Damian Knight | 19 comments Very welcome. Good luck, and thanks for the read!

message 122: by Sean (new)

Sean DeLauder (sean_delauder) | 83 comments You are most welcome, Stephanie. Brilliant is a strong word to describe something I put together, but I accept it, and will henceforth stamp everything I do with your assessment.

I also appreciate your appreciation of my sense of humor. If my wife could describe it in one word, I think she would choose exasperating.

If you're genuinely interested in reading one of my books, contact me via PM. I'd be more than happy to send you a copy--no review required.

Stephanie R. Sorensen (stephanier_sorensen) | 29 comments Oy! Stephanie is not lost, but late, and enjoying the book. My apologies--we had a string of powder days and temptation was too strong! Review coming soon.

Stephanie

message 126: by Emma (new)

Emma Jaye | 3695 comments What's a powder day?

message 127: by Stephanie (last edited Apr 30, 2016 11:58PM) (new)

Stephanie R. Sorensen (stephanier_sorensen) | 29 comments A powder day is what you have when there is heavy fluffy snowfall in the Rockies, highly suitable for powder skiing. It is a common cause of sudden illness in the mountains among employees who need to go recover by skiing on the powdery snow...

message 128: by Emma (new)

Emma Jaye | 3695 comments Sounds... energetic.

message 142: by Noah (new)

Noah Nichols (nanmanme) I may be a day or two late on my review for Going Underground as I'm stuck at work...coincidentally a club called Above Ground. I only ask that you don't have any thoughts of breaking my legs and/or throwing me over a bridge. I haven't done it before, but I feel like I really wouldn't enjoy sleeping with the fishes.

message 144: by Sean (last edited May 20, 2016 05:24PM) (new)

Sean DeLauder (sean_delauder) | 83 comments Here's my goodreads review of No Net, a story I want very much to believe I completely misunderstood.

message 145: by Noah (new)

Noah Nichols (nanmanme) I would say that you misunderstood what I was going for, Sean. But that's okay. No Net is polarizing. I can tell it at least got your brain working. That's good. That's the whole point there; to open up a dialogue about where we're going as a whole. I just have one question. Why doesn't anyone mention APP 10 or 12? I have clearly focused on lives that aren't affected by it. They always get skimmed over, though.

The novel isn't really this nonstop, craze-fest that people have made it out to be. But once again, that's okay. It's merely meant to open your eyes to a deteriorating social landscape that most feel is actually flourishing right now...

Hence the wide-range of characters utilized. I became stereotypical simply because the Internet itself is one grand stereotype. That's another lesson embedded.

I have big plans in store for the series so hopefully, you'll keep reading to see the purposeful and prescient path being paved.

round three ended on the nineteeth, we are waiting for reviews from Noah and Tony for round three and four have finished entirely.

Lets get those final reviews in and make this a full house group.

message 149: by Noah (new)

Noah Nichols (nanmanme) I'll have mine up by tomorrow night. Sorry for the delay, Layla. This is where I would put an obligatory excuse, but I don't really have one. I was just caught in a net with other things for a while. I'll be finishing your book soon.

message 150: by L.N. (new)

L.N. Denison | 1004 comments Thanks, Noah.
