Reading Looks by Madeleine George , and it's very interesting so far. The character Aimee has a personality that draws you to her- she's not a good ir kind person and she is irritatingly self-centered, but I can connect with her in some ways and admire her poetic nature. The character Meghan is the classic case of don't-judge-a-book-by-its-cover. She is very intelligent and has a dark side. The contrast between the two character's conditions makes them stand out, and the author describes controversial issues from the source with great skill and detail. I reccomend it for curious teen readers.
