Should I give Let's Do Lunch and new Title, Cover and blurb (and ISBN) and release it again as an e-book?

Go for it. But you need to put the previous title somewhere to avoid accusations of "passing off".

I've unpublished the e-book. It might take a week or more for all the copies to be removed.

I'm going to Amazon first. Because they are the big complainers.

Don't forget to put the previous title on at least the copyright page as "Previously published as..." It's a legal necessity.
