I am listening to . This is not a series that I have to read right away.

I agree with you Tina. I do read them, but they aren't one I get to ASAP.

There are times I feel like the author tries too hard with the humor. Everything has to be funny or punny. A little of that goes a long way.

Good point I am not sure I have ever read this series as books are released. Normally I see them at the library and just pick it up.
It's a solid series though, like Darcy said the jokes can be a bit much. I think this next book ... cannot recall the title...Eleventh Grave In Midnight? Anyway that will be the second to last book. I wonder if she will do a spin off.
