Hi everyone, I have a shelf just for eBooks and the following books/authors are not sorting alphabetically, they're all just sitting at the top their names notwithstanding in the order below:

Overlay: A Tale of One Girl's Life in 1970s Las Vegas
Changing Lives
Midnight Marriage
Deadly Engagement
Just The Pits

Can anyone explain this and help me to correct it? Thanks for any assistance rendered.

Since these are all Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ authors, you'll need to ask Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ Support to fix the "sort by" name field. Provide the information just as you have here, including the Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ links to the books.

Librarians can't edit Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ author profiles. :-)

So, the authors' names are the problem? I wasn't sure. Thanks Dobby, I'll do as you suggested.

That's almost always the case: there's something not right with the author's "sort by" name field. It's an easy fix, but as librarians cannot edit Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ author profiles, Support staff must do it. They are also the ones who would need to handle the issue if it is not the "sort by" name field, so they are the ones to talk to. :-)

Thanks : ) I've sent in the report, hopefully the books are back sorting correctly by the end of next week (they say to give them a few days, but it's the weekend so I'm sure today and tomorrow don't count).
